Guillotine Process
Guillotine Process is a collection of 1,553 guillotine NFTs — unique digital collectibles stored on the Ethereum blockchain.
These guillotines were created in 2023 by members of the Procekistan community, which emerged within the geopolitical MMORPG Rival Regions. The project originally started as a community experiment, aiming to bring symbols and culture from our in-game society into the crypto ecosystem.
Over time, activity within Rival Regions declined and many of the original plans for the project became irrelevant. However, the guillotines remain as digital artifacts from that period of our community.
Today, Guillotine Process exists simply as a collection of digital objects connected to the history and culture of Procekistan. Each guillotine represents a symbolic fragment of a community that once existed inside a virtual world.
Distribution
The Guillotine Process collection consists of 1,553 digital guillotines. In its original conception, the project planned different series with varying prices and benefits within the Procekistan community.
Over time, many of those plans became irrelevant due to changes in the activity of the community and within the game Rival Regions itself.
For this reason, the collection is now presented with a simpler approach: preserving and sharing this project as part of Procekistan’s history. All pieces will be offered at a symbolic price with no differences in benefits between them.

Specs
Unlike many NFT collections generated automatically through programming and trait combinations, the guillotines were designed manually, one by one. Each piece was created in Adobe Illustrator, and its metadata was also written individually rather than generated automatically. This makes the collection a set of unique pieces crafted manually.
The files are stored on IPFS and registered on the Ethereum blockchain, allowing them to remain preserved as decentralized digital objects.
The collection is divided into two main series, which are further categorized into common and exclusive pieces. The common series features simpler designs, while the exclusive pieces correspond to the most elaborate guillotines within the collection.
Legacy
In its original conception, the guillotines were intended to function as a form of membership within the Procekistan community, with various benefits and associated projects.
Over time, activity within Rival Regions declined and many of those plans were never developed. However, the Procekistan community continued to exist in a smaller and more dispersed form, remaining active privately.
Today, owning a guillotine carries mainly a symbolic meaning: it represents a connection to the history, culture, and spirit of the community that once emerged inside a virtual world. Rather than a system of benefits, Guillotine Process now remains as a way to preserve the memory of Procekistan and the people who were part of it.

Learning the basics of Illustrator, NFTs, blockchain concepts, and website development. Initial organization of the project.
Development of the guillotines begins. The original goal was to complete the collection by July, but the deadline was not met.

Final stage of development: metadata preparation, smart contract setup, website completion, and promotional material.
